Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests!

What You'll Do

Lead shifts with confidence and ensure operational standards are consistently met
Provide coaching, support, and direction to team members
Deliver warm, friendly, and respectful service to every guest
Foster a strong team culture

Requirements

1+ years of previous experience leading a team in a quick-service restaurant or fast-food environment
Knowledge of food safety
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong leadership & communication skills!
