Marketing Specialist

A well-established company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role will partner closely with leadership and sales to coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, communications, website updates, and trade show support, while also helping lead day-to-day execution through the internal team. Salary + Additional Benefits: $75,000–$90,000 401K - company match Location: The Woodlands, TX Type of Position: Direct Hire Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support sales and brand visibility across campaigns, communications, and collateral. Own the marketing “rhythm” (priorities, timelines, and deadlines): keep an active project list, run check-ins as needed, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard. Partner with Sales and leadership to develop and launch marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, lead generation, and product awareness (trade shows, email, web updates, organic social support, etc.). Maintain and update marketing materials (digital + print), including brochures, product sheets, flyers, presentations, and company literature; ensure version control and that materials remain stocked/accessible for the team. Draft, edit, and proofread communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment; coordinate internal reviews/approvals. Support email marketing efforts: build/send campaigns, maintain distribution lists as needed, and track/report basic performance metrics. Coordinate website content updates (product pages, news/announcements, events/trade show presence, resources) and work with internal/external partners to maintain a professional, current online presence. Collaborate with the internal digital/content resource to support social media execution, ensuring messaging is aligned with priorities and brand guidelines. Create and coordinate press releases, customer stories/case studies, and other PR/media content as needed; assist with content gathering from internal stakeholders. Manage vendor/advertising coordination: request and submit ads on time, confirm specs, and ensure final materials are usable and compliant with brand standards. Support CRM/direct marketing initiatives by coordinating outreach lists, campaign assets, and follow-up collateral in alignment with Sales. Support trade show planning and execution: coordinate timelines, collateral, booth needs, vendor bookings, and on-site support; partner with operations/logistics as needed for shipping materials/equipment and ensuring booth readiness. Track budgets and expenses related to marketing programs, trade shows, and promotional items; help evaluate what’s working and recommend improvements. Order and maintain promotional merchandise inventory and branded materials; coordinate business cards and internal brand-compliant documents as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing, sales enablement, and company communications. Requirements: 2-5+ years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred Strong organization and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Confident communicator who can work with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat/Photoshop/InDesign) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed; comfortable supporting time-sensitive deadlines Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
