Job details Trademark Attorney | Prosecution, Enforcement & TTAB Disputes Jobot Job is hosted by: Eric Hills Salary: $200,000 - $234,125 per year A bit about us Our national law firm is seeking a Trademark Attorney to join its Intellectual Property practice. This role involves advising sophisticated clients on U.S. and international trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio strategy. Responsibilities Conduct trademark clearance searches, prepare and prosecute U.S. trademark applications before the USPTO, manage international trademark portfolios, coordinate with foreign counsel, and handle oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement matters. Draft cease‑and‑desist letters, counsel clients on brand protection and licensing issues, collaborate with attorneys across practices, and contribute to client development efforts. The ideal candidate has experience with trademark prosecution and portfolio management, strong client‑facing skills, and familiarity with international trademark work. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly) 3+ years of trademark experience in a law firm or in‑house environment Substantial experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and portfolio management Familiarity with international trademark strategy and enforcement Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision Interested in hearing more?
