Marketing Coordinator

The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting Marketing Supervisor and the Director / Manager of Marketing Operations in executing the property's marketing plan and day-to-day operations.

The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.

1. Guest relations as it involves interacting with guests during deployment of special events and promotions.
2. Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners.
3. Management and maintenance promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.
4. Working as event staff to setup events, administer contesting, issue prizing and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
5. Coordination of property activation events with player's club personnel and or any promotional agencies.
6. Uploading and managing photo galleries for contest winners, and communicating relevant information to the company's digital agency for social media.
7. Setup and deploy CMS promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Special projects as assigned by the lead for marketing operations.

Ability to effectively communicate to management and guests.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Knowledge in deploying customer contests.

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record and able to drive station vehicles

Must be able to lift minimum 20 lbs.

Must be an outgoing individual who is able to interact with all types of people.

Flexible work schedule required – Monday through Friday office hours are needed as well as weekday events and many night and weekend events.

1-3 years part-time or full-time promotions experience preferred.

Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office software

A College degree is preferred, but not required.
