Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the supervisor or physician. Assist with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Support residents with continence issues and provide assistance with medication management. Participate in professionally supervised therapy programs and on-site therapy services. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa. 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
