Lead Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first point of contact and the welcoming face of our outpatient clinics. Your role is critical to creating a positive, efficient, and supportive experience for patients and their families. The lead role is responsible for the administrative compliance and Patient Coordinator support to the Jacksonville area. Training and directing other Pcs in person and virtually will be required. This role will also require operating at the St Augustine Great Strides Rehabilitation location with occasional travel to the other Great Strides locations. This role works closely with the Regional Administrative Manager to ensure personal, professional, and company goals are met. Patient Coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification, and communication with clinical teams.
