What You'll Do:

Deliver a VIP experience for every customer from hello to handover.
Learn our Ford & Lincoln lineup inside and out to match customers with their dream car.
Guide buyers through every step of the process - making it simple, stress-free, and fun.
Stay up to date on new models, features, and incentives.
Meet and exceed sales goals while celebrating your wins with the team.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus - but we train the right people!)
A people-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
Competitive, driven, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with technology and basic computer use.
Valid driver's license and clean background.
