About Our Agency

I attended North Cobb High School and earned my marketing degree from West Georgia College. I've been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years, and we have three daughters who keep us busy with activities—especially softball games. Our family loves spending time outdoors, whether that's camping, hiking, horseback riding, or enjoying time at the lake. We also have a nearby farm where we ride ATVs, and I'm an avid hunter who especially enjoys off-roading in my CJ7 Jeep. I also serve on the board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and enjoy cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs whenever I can. Our agency is a small but close-knit team of five, and that strong sense of family carries into our office culture. We work together, support each other, and rely on teamwork to create a positive and productive environment. Role Description

Jason Davidson - State Farm Agent is searching for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
