Warehouse Operations Manager

Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments according to SPS principle. Comply with health, safety, and environment rules throughout the sector. Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality, and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses. Apply escalation process in case of any deviation. Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode. Link various operations according to a predetermined process: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line procurement. Perform self-controls to detect non-conformities. Operate appropriately to hazards. Apply the procedures defined for the MPH. Use computer resources available to save the entries and exits of the store.

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Qualifications that will impact success are experience in a warehouse inventory environment; Microsoft Excel; good communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift, PIT equipment. Experience with barcode scanning systems, and Windows based computer knowledge. Prior SAP experience. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently.

Work Schedule: Mon. - Thurs. 5:00am - 3:30pm

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $22.50 - $25.00 per hour. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
