Software Support Specialist

The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, a passion for learning new technologies quickly, and a commitment to go the extra mile for both customers and teammates. Creative thinking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset are key to success in this role. This is an onsite position in our Boise headquarters. Role & Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance for software customers, including installation help, best practice guidance, and on-going troubleshooting Deliver support via phone, email, and remote meetings in a professional and customer-focused manner Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system Develop custom database scripts and reports to meet specific customer needs Document and escalate software defects and feature requests following established workflows Participate in quality assurance and testing efforts for new product releases Collaborate closely with developers to communicate bugs, expedite fixes and provide feedback on new features Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and customer self-service Assist internal team members with technical issues and contribute to knowledge sharing Collaborate on customer projects by offering technical expertise, assisting with data migrations, and helping ensure smooth software installations and configurations.
