This role is responsible for measurable business growth through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, landing pages, and lead generation systems.

Profit Wise Accounting is not a traditional accounting firm. We help small business owners build stronger, more profitable businesses through accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, advisory, and CFO services.

We are looking for someone who knows how to generate qualified leads, not just create pretty graphics. If you are excited about growing businesses through digital advertising, analytics, and marketing strategy, we want to meet you.

Primary Goal

Generate qualified leads and build a predictable marketing system

What You Will Do

· Build and manage Google Ads campaigns.

· Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

· Develop LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting business owners and decision-makers.

· Improve landing page conversion rates.

· Monitor cost per lead, booked consultations, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

· Perform keyword research for local accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

· Improve local SEO rankings and website traffic.

· Build lead magnets and downloadable resources for small business owners.

· Create email marketing campaigns and client nurturing sequences.

· Manage CRM marketing automation and follow-up campaigns.

· Track marketing KPIs and produce monthly marketing reports.

· Coordinate with website developers, designers, or outside vendors as needed.

· Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to evaluate performance.

· Test new advertising strategies and improve online reviews and reputation management.

Success in This Position Looks Like

· Qualified leads increase month over month.

· Cost per lead decreases or remains within target range.

· Consultation requests and booked calls increase.

· Website traffic and local search visibility improve.

· Google rankings improve for key Huntsville accounting searches.

· The firm has a measurable, repeatable marketing system.

· Leadership receives clear daily, weekly and monthly reporting on what is working, what is not working, and what should change next.

Required Experience

· Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

· Google Ads experience.

· Facebook Ads Manager experience.

· LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience.

· Google Analytics experience.

· Google Search Console experience.

· SEO and keyword research experience.

· WordPress or landing page experience.

· Email marketing and CRM marketing experience.

· Ability to analyze data and explain results clearly.

Preferred Experience

· Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM platform.

· Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

· AI marketing tools.

· Experience marketing local service businesses.

· Experience marketing accounting, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, legal, financial, or professional services.
