Radius rule for travel candidate: Travel LPN' home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address at 500 E Philadelphia Ave Shillington PA 19607

Specialty: LPN Rehab

Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS, Active LPN state license & 1+ year of LPN experience.

Work location: Onsite at 500 E Philadelphia Ave Shillington PA 19607

Shift: Night Shift (11 PM to 7:30 AM)

First week schedule would be: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat

Second week schedule would be: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend included

Call Requirements: N/A

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40/week. (The Center/Facility has not approved more than 40 Guaranteed Hours in a week for this job assignment. No OT hours.)

Contract duration: 9 week(s) of contract
