Job Summary: Full-Time Medical Assistant at our Garden City and Great Neck Offices. The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing the highest quality of medical, clinical, and clerical tasks in a medical setting. Open to no experience but has an interest in healthcare, teamwork experience, and detail oriented with a flexible schedule. We employ college graduates and gap year students who have an interest in the medical field, whether you have majored in the sciences or are switching tracks, we want to help you on your journey!

Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7:00am - 7:30pm. Open flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.

Qualifications:

• Dermatology experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends

Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $24
