We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and payroll taxes.
- Preparing complete and accurate individual tax returns.
- Support and assist teammates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- 1-year experience with Thomson Reuters software
- 1-year experience preparing tax return
- Perfessional, detail and deadline-oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable and experienced in preparation of 1040, Schedule A, Schedule C, Schedule D, Schedule E, State of Michigan Return, etc.
- Must be personable, ethical and able to convey confidence
- QuickBooks experience
