Optimize direct procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and drive performance.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic purchasing initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies.

Required skills:

• Procurement Strategy — intermediate level; developing sourcing plans that align with business objectives
• Supplier Management — intermediate level; building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships
• Contract Management — intermediate level; negotiating and managing agreements to protect business interests
• Procurement Negotiations — intermediate level; securing favorable terms while maintaining supplier relationships
• Cost Analysis — intermediate level; identifying savings opportunities through detailed spend analysis
• Influencing Skills — intermediate level; driving alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities
• Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving procurement challenges with practical, effective solutions
• Conflict Management — intermediate level; navigating supplier and stakeholder disagreements constructively

What qualifications will make you successful?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business, or related field

3+ years of relevant experience

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to shape procurement direction

Excellent communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Ability to work independently while coaching and guiding junior team members

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
