Jr Marketing Administrator Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Saber serves clients locally, nationally, and abroad.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Jr. Marketing Administrator in the Corpus Christi office who will be responsible for assisting our Marketing Administrator with various marketing tasks defined below. After learning about the types of services we provide and becoming familiar with staff skills, the Jr. Marketing Administrator will assist with: Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Jr. Marketing Administrator in the Corpus Christi office who will be responsible for assisting our Marketing Administrator with various marketing tasks defined below. After learning about the types of services we provide and becoming familiar with staff skills, the Jr. Marketing Administrator will assist with: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing responses (Statement of Qualifications [SOQ]) to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P). Statement of Qualifications packages can range in complexity and length. Each proposal is customized for the specific client and project. We often produce several proposals per month.
- Preparing marketing literature including brochures and newsletters.
- Collaborating with our website developer to make changes and updates to Bath's website.
- Creating social media posts on Bath's LinkedIn and Facebook accounts.
- Assisting with the selection and ordering of promotional products for the company.
- Preparing various qualifications packages on an as-needed basis.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for general marketing purposes or for pursuit interviews.
- Maintaining project, employee, contract, and general pursuit information in company databases and in company files.
- Attending professional events, as required.
- Other marketing tasks / duties as assigned.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree in creative writing, marketing, or similar field desired, but not required.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus, but not required.
- Strong professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Must be a highly detail-oriented individual with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to review RFP requirements carefully and develop a customized marketing response to address each client's specific criteria.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with staff and clients, even when they are working under pressure.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
