Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments following physician orders and design individualized occupational therapy plans.
• Implement treatment based on assessments, with proactive engagement in patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Foster a safety-first environment by rigorously following protocols for patient and employee safety, including infection control and safe material handling.
• Document evaluations, daily progress, and treatment plans precisely per department standards.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team processes, actively participating in team meetings and conferences.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, OT/COTA students, and assist with onboarding new team members.
• Uphold standards of appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
