Unity Search partners with a multinational company to recruit a SALT Director. The role oversees multi-state income tax compliance and provision, leading the state tax team and coordinating with finance and accounting across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of state and local tax compliance and provision experience, with a strong understanding of ASC 740. Hybrid schedule allows 2-3 days remote work within a Fortune 500, publicly traded setting.
