JOB SUMMARY Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center, Under the supervision of the Rehab Service Coordinator, performs structured evaluations, conducts general activity programs, assists in planning and implementing treatment programs for individuals limited by psychosocial dysfunction. Provides supervision to COTAs.
