Psychiatrist

AvaMed Workforce

Psychiatrist - Lancaster, CA | $285/hour | $11,400 per 40-hour week

Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday 7am-5pm - Four 10 hr Shifts - Schedule is non-negotiable

Practice correctional psychiatry in the Antelope Valley with AvaMed Workforce, a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing agency.

We are recruiting for California State Prison, Los Angeles County, where psychiatrists provide evaluations, medication management, and coordinated mental health treatment.
•$285/hour; $11,400 gross for 40 paid hours
•Malpractice coverage provided
•Responsive recruiting and assignment support
•Assistance navigating credentialing and onboarding

Active California physician license and facility credentialing required. Schedule and start date depend on the assignment.
