responsibilities:

• Lead complex capital construction projects for Our Client from initial design through construction, commissioning, and final closeout.

• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Oversee project controls including scope, budget, schedule, and risk performance to ensure successful project delivery.

• Administer construction and professional services contracts, including change management and claims resolution.

• Communicate project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
