IT Country Operations Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business units

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics clearly

• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency and cost performance

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities

• Collaborate with field operations and leadership to drive process improvements and operational consistency

• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and process standardization

• Assist with special projects, including system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms)

• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

Work Environment
