Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for making a difference in both pediatric and adult populations? Our healthcare partner is seeking a talented SLP to join their team in Greenfield, OH. This role offers a unique opportunity to work primarily with pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, while also providing care to adults in an inpatient acute setting.

As a Speech Language Pathologist in this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver speech therapy interventions to adult patients in an inpatient acute care environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must have Speech Language Pathologist (with CCCs) credentials and be licensed in the state of Ohio.
• Need 3+ years of experience in both pediatric and outpatient settings.
• Experience seeing adults on an inpatient rehab unit is a plus.
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility.
