Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities: Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Operate equipment and tools safely to support assembly processes. Prepare kits, material kitting, and load/unload materials as required. Assist in creating and maintaining standard work procedures. Conduct screen printing and perform basic equipment maintenance when needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk around the warehouse, and perform repetitive motions. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible to work different shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Shift details: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $21.00/hour 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $21.00/hour + 15% shift differential What's in it for you? Weekly pay starting at $21.00/hr.
