FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up. Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and product. Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed. Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening. Details Location: Fidelity – 2 Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262. Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday; no nights or weekends.
