Overview CMMN70744 – Senior Commercial Loan Officer – Maple Grove, MN A well-capitalized, independent community bank in the Northwest Minneapolis market is seeking an experienced Business Banking Officer III to lead a relationship-focused commercial portfolio. The incoming lender will inherit a clean $40 million book (approx. 60% CRE / 40% C&I) with typical loan sizes in the $1-10 million range and a $7 million legal lending limit. This role blends new business development, portfolio administration, credit quality oversight, and meaningful community involvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial lending, strong credit skills, and a commitment to building long-term business relationships. Formal credit training is preferred.
