We are seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects. This working foreman role provides on-site leadership while performing hands‑on tasks including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out‑of‑town assignments—is required. Essential Functions Lead a 3–5 person crew on aerial and underground fiber‑construction projects Maintain a safe job site and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals Perform hands‑on tasks alongside the crew Conduct job‑site and equipment inspections Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers Support a team‑oriented work environment and encourage crew development and growth Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions Travel to job sites, including overnight out‑of‑town assignments; overtime may be required Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed Company Benefits - We Invest In You — your career, your success, and your future.
