Senior Supervisor

Position: SeniorSupervisor | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 05 :00 PM to 1:30 AM

Location: Florence, NJ

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Team Leader Supervisor to join our team at our Florence, NJ location. This is a leadership role responsible for supervising janitorial staff and upholding the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate janitorial staff assigned to the site, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective performance.
• Maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and areas of responsibility.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies; conduct safety training sessions and address any safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on site performance including cleaning schedules, staffing levels, quality metrics, and client feedback.
• Perform routine floor maintenance including cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing of various flooring surfaces.
• Assess floor conditions and execute restoration processes to remove stains, scratches, and other imperfections.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless execution of services.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products including floor care.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications including email and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
