As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour

DayTime Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the shopping center, including common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and tenant corridors.
• Monitor for unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations, and document observations through clear and accurate reports.
• Assist with access control, directions, lost-and-found inquiries, and other customer service needs while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
