AAG: Medicaid Fraud Prosecution (Criminal & Civil)
Illinois Attorney General (IL)
The Illinois Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) seeks an Assistant Attorney General to prosecute criminal cases and litigate civil cases in state and federal courts in Illinois. The AAG will handle Medicaid-related fraud matters and may participate in multi-state civil litigation with national teams. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have experience in civil/criminal practice, with travel as a necessity.
