Complete online multi-point inspection reportExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsPerform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Fords as well as other makes and modelsCommunicate directly with the service advisors and/or management so that customers are informed of any repairs or service that is neededProvide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturerCoach and mentor less proficient technicians and apprentices to further their automotive knowledgeRequirements:Ford certified & experiencedAre a fast learnerHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent customer service skillsAre a team playerAre computer literateHave a valid driver’s licenseQualifications:Previous automatic and manual transmission repair experience at a Ford or medium-duty dealershipDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWe are an equal opportunity employer.
