Maintenance Technician
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Michigan City, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform general repairs involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to work orders/emergencies
- Troubleshoot and perform inspections
- Upkeep of the common areas/grounds
Requirements:
- 2+ years of handyman experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- Basic hand tools
