• Provide general urologic care with the chance to cultivate specialized clinical interests (experience in reconstructive surgery is a plus but not mandatory)

• Join established practices with immediate patient demand and streamlined clinic operations

• Conduct surgeries and procedures with strong support from advanced practice providers and staff

• Participate in equitable on-call schedules designed to promote a healthy work-life balance

• Manage a patient load of 25 to 35 per clinic day in a busy, well-established practice

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists

• Welcoming both seasoned practitioners and those nearing the end of their training—no fellowship required

• Collaborative team players dedicated to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and mutual growth

• Guaranteed base salary for two years along with a rewarding production-based model

• Opportunity for partnership after two years with no buy-in required
