Assistant Store Manager Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Job Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards to achieve sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $16.50–$25.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications.
