Air Academy Credit Union is looking for an inspiring and service-driven Branch Manager to lead our Cheyenne Mountain branch. Each year, AACU gives time, money, and resources to numerous community organizations, projects, and programs.What you'll do:Establish and implement branch goals, standards, and expectations to support branch profitability and growth.Maintain appropriate branch cash levels by ordering and shipping cash through the cash management company in a timely manner.Manage the full spectrum of staff administration, including hiring, writing and administering performance evaluations, and recommending appropriate personnel actions, salary increases, and promotions.Mentor, motivate, and coach the branch team through individual and group coaching sessions to support team member development, branch productivity, member service, and retention.Understand, administer, and enforce all applicable credit union and NCUA rules, regulations, and policies.Maintain thorough knowledge of, and compliance with, Retail Delivery Standards.Monitor branch equipment, facilities, and delivery systems to ensure efficient operations; coordinate with service providers, troubleshoot issues, and document performance concerns as needed.Direct training plans and work programs for assigned employees to enhance job performance, product knowledge, process understanding, and professional growth. Recommend formal training opportunities when appropriate.Research and resolve member and employee concerns, including de-escalating situations and supporting positive outcomes.What we're looking for:We're looking for a leader who can build trust, set clear expectations, develop talent, and create a positive environment where employees feel supported, accountable, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.Proven leadership ability, with the confidence to guide a team, make sound decisions, and support branch goals.A people-focused approach, with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and helping employees grow in their roles and careers.Strong communication skills and the ability to create a collaborative, service-focused team culture.High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or prior management experience preferred.Two to three years of financial industry experience preferred.Availability to work branch hours as needed, including some Saturdays.Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach through challenges and support positive outcomes.Training:This position includes two full weeks of training at our corporate location in Colorado Springs, CO, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning on a date to be determined.Additional Information:The pay range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.GV 1200: $58,300 - $87,500We love our family-like culture at AACU and the way our team members support one another, our members, and our communities.
