Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech‑Language Pathologist provides school‑based speech and language services to elementary students, supporting their communication needs and access to instruction. Responsibilities Screening, evaluating, and diagnosing speech and language disorders. Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Delivering therapeutic interventions to students. Collaborating with families, teachers, and staff to support student progress. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Valid state license to practice speech-language pathology. Strong understanding of speech and language development. Experience in educational settings preferred. Experience with elementary students, disabilities, augmentative communication, and team collaboration preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary ranges from $80,000 to $87,500, with benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off. Physical Demands Requires communication, mobility, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
