Executive Operations & Growth Coordinator

Location: 715 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402, United States The Executive Operations & Growth Coordinator partners closely with the President and Regional Managing Directors to support executive operations, advance strategic initiatives, lead producer recruitment initiatives and drive organizational accountability. This role helps translate strategic priorities into action through effective coordination, communication and follow‑through. This position requires a highly organized, driven and service‑oriented professional with exceptional follow‑through, strong communication skills and the confidence to proactively manage priorities and hold teams accountable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is tech savvy and enjoys supporting leaders while helping execute company initiatives. Work Performed Strategic Execution & Leadership Support Partner with the President and Regional Managing Directors to advance strategic priorities, growth initiatives and key business objectives Attend leadership meetings, document decisions and action items and ensure follow‑through on commitments Drive accountability for strategic initiatives by tracking commitments, facilitating follow‑up discussions and ensuring timely execution across leadership teams Help identify obstacles, elevate issues and maintain momentum on organizational priorities Build strong working relationships across the organization to facilitate communication, collaboration and execution Producer Recruitment & Growth Initiatives Lead and coordinate producer recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Regional Managing Directors and executive leadership Serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a professional, consistent recruiting process Develop and execute recruiting, outreach, networking and engagement initiatives designed to attract, engage and retain high‑performing producers Executive Operations & Administrative Support Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and related logistics for the President and leadership team Facilitate leadership communications, meeting agendas and organizational workflows Oversee the President’s business travel, expense reporting and related documentation through Concur Manage executive priorities, action items and follow‑up activities on behalf of the President, ensuring accountability and timely execution of key initiatives Requirements Exceptional organizational, project management and follow‑through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact effectively with executive leadership, Regional Managing Directors and external partners Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and gain buy‑in across leadership teams without direct authority Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges Knowledge of recruitment, candidate engagement and talent acquisition processes, including strategies for attracting and retaining top producer talent High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Preferred Education & Experience Previous experience supporting executive leadership through business operations, project coordination, strategic initiatives, sales support or related functions Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Proven success coordinating strategic initiatives, accountability processes or cross‑functional projects Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or producer recruiting practices Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel and business communications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Deeply Rooted to Serve Our most important asset is our people.
