Senior Program Manager

Our local government client is hiring a remote Senior Program Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!!


Responsibilities:
- Ensure Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) compliance with all regulatory requirements, create resources that provide EPPs with clear guidance related to the regulations, coordinate technical assistance efforts with programs that do not fully meet client standards, and write/review reports generated as a result of state review visits.
- Handle accreditation and state approval of educator preparation programs, implementing the science of reading in teacher preparation, and teacher apprenticeships.


Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Previously held the title of "Dean", "Interim Dean", or "Associate Dean" at a University, focused on Education.
- 11+ years' experience with the ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing.
