Senior IT Project Manager - Healthcare

Onsite for first 6 months, then Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives and software implementations. This role is ideal for a proven project leader who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of healthcare‑focused solutions. A true Project Manager with a successful track record delivering healthcare technology projects, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships Coordinate with IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and business leaders Drive project governance, communication, and change management Develop project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies Mentor junior PMs and support PMO best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of technology experience 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Experience leading Healthcare IT projects Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office Epic implementation experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Systems
