Shipping & Receiving SupervisorBuild what powers tomorrow—join Intervala, where advanced electronics manufacturing meets innovation, precision, and purpose.We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods while supporting production schedules and customer delivery requirements.Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will lead the Shipping and Receiving team and work closely with Production, Planning, Inventory/Warehouse, Quality, Customer Service, and Purchasing to ensure efficient material flow throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling, workload balancing, training, coaching, and employee development.Ensure accurate receipt, documentation, inspection, and ERP/MRP transactions for incoming materials.Coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer delivery schedules and contractual requirements.Ensure compliance with customer-specific packaging, labeling, documentation, and routing requirements.Coordinate with carriers and manage freight activities while supporting cost-effective transportation solutions.Maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, export documentation, and customer-required certifications.Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, receiving issues, freight claims, and customer shipment concerns.Monitor shipping performance, dock efficiency, freight costs, and on-time delivery metrics.Partner with the Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor to support efficient material movement and inventory accuracy.Maintain safe, organized, and efficient work areas using Lean and 5S principles.Support physical inventories, inventory control initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications5+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment; EMS experience preferred.2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory and shipping/receiving transactions.Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles preferred.Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldIntervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Intervala is required to verify the status of all employees to determine whether each employee is a U.S. Person or a Foreign Person for the purposes of determining if an export authorization is required to approve an employee's access to export-controlled items, not as a condition for hire.Equal Opportunity Employer Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
