You'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly by supporting employees, coordinating schedules, and making sure staffing needs are addressed. What You'll Do Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locations Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management by phone and email Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs Coordinate coverage for open shifts Resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace Handle confidential employee information professionally

What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Organized with strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Calm and solution-focused when things change Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working with computers and office technology Proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace preferred Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, dispatching, hospitality, recruiting, call centers, or workforce coordination is a plus Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $20.00/hour Pay increase at 6 months and 1 year 3% annual increase thereafter PTO begins accruing after a 60-day waiting period Consistent
