Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Weekly Pay
Position Summary: The Packer ensures all products are accurately packed, inspected, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role includes building master cartons, repacking ceramic and glass items, packing cups and drinkware, and supporting production staff as needed. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble master carton boxes
- Repack ceramic, glass, and drinkware items into larger cartons
- Pack cups and bottles quickly and accurately
- Inspect products for defects before packing
- Fill voided space with appropriate packing medium
- Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipping
- Assist printers with taping cups/bottles and tightening lids for multi-color orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform repetitive grasping, gripping, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 2550 lbs regularly, including occasional overhead lifting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work the full shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM)
- No experience required training provided
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production setting
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Moderate noise level
- Repetitive duties for the entire shift
- Must always wear required PPE and follow safe lifting procedures
