Role Description This is a full or part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role located in Livonia, MI. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, collaborating with behavior analysts and other team members to support individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing therapy goals, and delivering 1:1 and small-group therapy sessions in a child-centered setting. The role involves documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, communicating regularly with caregivers, and providing education and strategies for carryover at home. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and help create an engaging, supportive environment for children and families. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in evidenced based assessment and treatment of speech-related needs. Experience working with Speech and Communication Disorders in pediatric populations, preferably experience with Autism Knowledge of Language Disorders and evidence-based interventions to support expressive and receptive language development. Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related feeding/swallowing concerns, or willingness to develop this expertise. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current state licensure (or eligibility) in Michigan. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly with caregivers and colleagues.
