Job Full Description

We are looking for a Saw Operator for our client, a metal fabrication company. Overtime is available AND expected. Anywhere from 60-70 hours/week.

Job Summary:

Set up, operate, or tend machines to cut metal to customer specifications

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Sets up and operates saw to process material to customer specifications
Must work at a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Verifies dimensions of finished work piece using measuring devices
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Working five or six 12-hour shifts/week.
3 Sat/month, rotating.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience operating handheld or table band saw is required.
Must be able to use standard measuring tools accurately
