Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $220,000 - $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Benefits:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Florida
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
