Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit

Schedule: Days (0700-1930) every other weekend

Assignment Details: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered RN license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• PCU and basic EKG experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent verification required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to acutely ill patients in a moderate care setting
• Perform advanced monitoring and assessments
• Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health management
