Senior Data Engineer

As part of us, you’ll Work with highly skilled data engineers, architects, developers, and designers to create data solutions for our clients. You will assist clients in defining solution requirements, modeling data, and developing scalable data pipelines, collaboratively shaping the final outcome with them. You will be a key person in designing and implementing cloud data platforms and working with your team members to choose the right technologies and deliver solutions. Commit working code, perform code reviews for peers, and help develop the team’s ways of working. Take responsibility for the team and the project and have the vision and drive to do more than just type in the code. What we’re looking for Several years of experience working with data technologies, with proficiency in Azure, AWS or GCP. Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in programming with Python. Experience with data modeling (dimensional models, Data Vault). Expertise in ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouses. Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric/Synapse. Experience with real‑time data integrations, IoT and Edge solutions. Understanding of DevOps/DataOps, IaC and CI/CD pipelines. Ability and willingness to learn new data and software development technologies and methods. Good collaboration skills – sharing knowledge, helping others, learning from peers and asking for help when needed. Great communication skills with fluency in Finnish (required) and English.
