Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• Location: Southfield, MI 48075
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and process time-sensitive daily reports with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
• Provide phone-based support to clients and financial advisors (about 50% of your day)
• Deliver a high-quality, service-first experience in every interaction
• Partner with team members in a collaborative hybrid environment
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) to support daily tasks

Must Have - What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 3+ years of Client Services or Customer Support experience
• ✅ Experience managing time-sensitive reports or deadlines
• ✅ Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
• ✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
• ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone experience preferred)
• ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent

This is a Contract position based out of Southfield, MI.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
