Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform wellness exams, preventive screenings, and health assessments.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Deliver care through a fully equipped mobile health clinic serving rural communities.
• Promote health education, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Current APRN license (or eligibility for licensure in Kansas).
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• 2-3 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience preferred (ideal due to independent mobile practice).
• Strong background in primary care, acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Women's health experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
