This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, execution, and team performance across five established brands: FESCO, Bromley, RSI, Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service (CKPS), and PriorityOne Group. This is not a siloed leadership role. The right leader will unify diverse teams, align go‑to‑market strategies, and build a high‑performance sales culture while respecting the identity, strengths, and customer relationships of each brand. Success requires a balance of relationship‑building, accountability, operational discipline, and strong business acumen. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a regional sales organization while making a direct and meaningful impact on the business. Regular travel to customer and branch locations across the assigned territory will be required. Key Responsibilities Regional Sales Leadership Own and drive profitable revenue growth across all 13 branches in the Southland Region Develop and execute a unified regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives Establish clear targets, KPIs, and accountability measures across all brands Improve sales visibility, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting Team Development & Performance Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of sales leaders and account managers Build a culture of performance, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Identify talent gaps and partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop top‑tier sales professionals Create clear expectations and development pathways for sales team members Cross‑Brand Alignment Break down silos and foster collaboration across FESCO, Bromley, RSI, Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, and PriorityOne Group Standardize best practices while preserving brand strengths and local customer relationships Drive consistency in sales processes, pricing discipline, customer engagement, and account planning Promote cross‑selling opportunities and shared customer wins across the region Customer & Relationship Management Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key regional and national accounts Partner with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across multi‑location customers Represent Unlimited Service Group with professionalism, credibility, and executive presence Strategic Growth Initiatives Lead regional initiatives to expand market share, introduce new services, and penetrate target customer segments Leverage data, pipeline insights, and market trends to inform decision‑making and sales strategy Collaborate with marketing, operations, and regional leadership on go‑to‑market efforts Support pricing, margin, and customer strategy to ensure sustainable growth To Land This Opportunity Proven success leading multi‑location, multi‑brand sales organizations Strong track record of driving measurable revenue and margin growth Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills Experience leading distributed teams across diverse markets Skilled relationship builder with strong executive presence High level of business acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, and pipeline discipline Ability to balance standardization with local market needs and brand‑specific strengths Willingness to travel regularly across the Southland Region to customer and branch locations Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen Must be at least 18 years of age What Success Looks Like Consistent year‑over‑year profitable revenue growth across all brands A strong, aligned sales culture across the region Increased cross‑selling and shared customer wins between brands A high‑performing, accountable sales team with clear development pathways Improved visibility, predictability, and discipline within the sales pipeline Stronger collaboration between sales, operations, marketing, and regional leadership Why This Role Matters This role is critical to unlocking the full potential of the Southland Region.
